It is a Christmas present for my daughter in law. Her mother had a double lung transplant and survived for one and half years. The legend says when transplants lungs start breathing like a butterfly. Ornament is beautiful! Lights up! Only problem was butterfly had come off in shipment. But I think I can glue it back on.

The ornament is beautiful and our daughter loves butter flies. We lost my husband and her dad this year and he always gave her something just from him for christmas, so I decided to do this to her from him this year. We love and miss him so much.

The incorrect item was sent so therefore I can not rate the product. I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. The item was returned.I was told that it needed to be reordered, that it would not be exchanged.I am still waiting for my credit. This was to be a Mother's Day gift. It was ordered in plenty of time. Now my Mother will not have this gift for Mother's Day!
