I still have not received my product so I don't know what to rate it as. Its a beautiful picture online I just hope it is worth the wait! I ordered a month ago.

How can I rate something I haven't received? Your delivery date keeps being pushed further and further back. Now you're saying it will take another 2 weeks after the first date that was promised. I hope the ring is beautiful. It's supposed to be a surprise gift for my wife. I can't plan anything as I don't know when it will arrive. I'm really disappointed in your service.
