I was extremely disappointed when I received the ring. I purchased the ring because it had a cross in the center. I had a difficult time finding the cross. I would return it, but I don’t want to go through the trouble. I will give it to my grand-daughter. She can play make believe. Very disappointed.

The product is fine. Your customer service sucks. Your call center employees cannot give accurate balances on what is owed on the account supervisor don’t help. It took 10 business days for my payment to show up.

Product is nice , but I believe I was taken when it came to shipping.... first off , I bought 2 items, a ring n a necklace, when it came time to pay, I selected $9.95 shipping , yes was charged 2 times , but at checkout shipping came to $45.00 For a ring n a necklace. I inquired about excessive shipping and they claimed it was correct.... so ticked off I'll never use Bradford again...
