The ring is very pretty. It is not garish. It is elegant looking. In the palm of your hand it doesn't have the feel of something expensive. It is quite light and cheap feeling. I suspect it will not last long with everyday wear. The clasp is tight, but the "wings" are not perfectly together/aligned when closed; there is a gap that makes it look not well made. I bought the rings in size 8 and 7.5 for my mom and sister. There is nothing I could find on the Internet that had this sentiment and looked charming. The entire point of this ring is that it opens for arthritic fingers with large knuckles and for that purpose it is perfect! It is a reasonable price, but I wish when closed it was aligned. Other rings on the Internet that are hinged are chunky and expensive, so I am keeping the rings and gifting them. My mom and sister do not wear rings that often, so I am hoping it will last a while for them at least.

It is lovely. I’m a fairly new widow, and this widows ring is very meaningful for me. Wearing my wedding band made me sad. Wearing this lovely ring with angels wings is somehow healing. I’ve received many compliments on the ring. I think my husband would like it.

My two daughters pass and the ring reminds me of then.
I love this ring because of the way it looks, what it represents, the message on the inside, and the ability to open and close it to get it on/off my finger instead of having to try to slide it over an arthritic knuckle.
