Great design a true masterpiece to add to the collection.
Magnetic suspension of moon does not work as advertised. The moon only hard mounts to the top when electromagnet and light are turned on. I rate it three star only because the theme is really well done (even though the moon will not suspend and spin).

This product looks good in the photo for the advertisement and so I bought it, intending to put it in the middle of my coffee table. What the photo doesn't show (maybe it says it somewhere in the small print, I don't know) is that the whole contraption has an ugly power cord that has to be plugged in for it to work. That left the coffee table out (no outlet nearby). I tried it in several other locations but that power cord always looked really bad. I finally gave up, put it back in the box and then in the closet. It's a nice decoration and it suspends the globe okay but the power cord (which, again, isn't shown it the photo) ruins it in my opinion. A case of creative (if not downright false) advertising I guess. Ah well, live and learn.

This a Christmas gift for our son who is a space engineer
A little smaller than I thought it would be but it is very nice. The shipping box was not secured on the bottom and was easily opened by pulling folded tabs apart. There should have been tape underneath to prevent theft.
