When i seen this product i was excited yet when i looked into it i was with understanding that the tracks came with it but when it arrived there were no tracks i was disappointed cause you sold them separately and that was disappointing

The product itself may have been ok, but the website I found misleading and the service was abysmal. I had every reason to think I was ordering a complete Ravens train set (although admittedly I was suspicious of the $110.00 price tag). Therefore I was disappointed when I received only the engine. However, I spent two hours holding on the phone for a sales associate who never appeared. Then chatted with an associate (Paul) who instead of assisting me with the purchase of the rest of the train set, if that was possible, chose instead to argue with me about why I should not have found the website confusing. Hence, I am sending the locomotive back and have since purchased a new, complete Ravens (as in Baltimore Ravens football team), train set on eBay and have no immediate intentions of doing further business with the Bradford exchange.

The purchase is confusing & misleading. What I thought would be a simple train & track is actually a commitment to 30 plus “collection” pieces sent several weeks apart that will cost in excess of $2,000 total. Such a cumbersome process is not made clear in the purchase process. My phone call of inquiry to a customer service rep included the rep admitting that it OFTEN is the case that buyers don’t realize they’ve committed to such a major (& drawn out) purchase. I subsequently cancelled further items & billlings. The process could & SHOULD be immediately rectified so consumers are made more aware of the trap. The admission of the customer service rep speaks volumes to the confusing tactics involved in the selling of these products.
