I believe i was ripped off by this company. When I opened the box for my son on Christmas day the first thing I noticed was that Batmans hand was broken off and was laying near his feet. Then I went to put batteries in it and could not get the battery cover off because the screw is strpped out. Then customer service tells me it will take a month to get another one. UNACCEPTABLE
