The product looked different than what I ordered. The etching on the one I ordered should have been Silver with gold, but this one had all gold. There’s also supposed to be a little jewel in the bottom and I can’t tell if there’s a jewel there or if it’s just a hole. Also, the five weeks it took to get the product was way too long.

I was excited about getting this but once I received it, it was poorly done, the face was scratched and marked where they did the engraving for being bred for an exchange. I was very unhappy with a professionalism of the work
