Arrived broken. Decided to return it because even though it was broken it looked nothing like the representation online. Cheap plastic. Nowhere near worth $160.

The product arrived broken. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with. I was left without a Christmas gift. I sent it out for return on 12/19 and have yet to hear if it hear if it has even been received. I am not impressed.

After paying through the nose for 2 day shipping, a week later my package showed up with the top snapped off. Then we died on hold trying to.report it and get satisfaction. great job Bradford.

I got a replacement for the first one that was broken. Specifically asked to make sure second one was packaged well. Received second one broken. Person I spoke to on phone wanted me to give my credit card to be charged for third one. I doubt ane of the associates even contacted shipping people about the problem. I can't be the only customer who receives broken ones. Very poor service. Especially for the high price paid.

I love it. The only thing is I have a 56 Bel Air and there wasn’t one on it. Still love it.
Never opened until given for a Christmas gift last night. The tree topper was broke off while in the box. Upset that I didn't check it immediately after receiving it so it could be fixed.

The cars on it are great, but the tree doesn’t do the cars justice. It’s very mediocre.

I bought it as a gift for my dad. It not his most favorite car but it is his most famous tree. He loves it
Its very detailed. Sound is good. Looks great
Beautiful, and brought much joy to the receiver who has owned several of these cars! Bradford Exchange is a excellent source for quality gifts!

This product does not keep a charge. I have replaced the batteries twice after using it for a very short time-like a half hour. The batteries are the right size and new. The next time I go to turn it on nothing happens. Also it never came with a device to plug it into a wall.

This was a gift to my SNL and he loves it. He always wanted a 57 Chevy BelAir and now he has one. He was so surprised by the uniqueness of the decoration. For me pricing was very good and worth every penny it cost. I have bought many gifts from Bradford and encourage everyone to shop on their website. You will love it.
I love the construction of the product The quality is the issue. Bad paint job wrong color paint Return it to get a new one. I hope this one is done by a professional. PS I can not take a picture cause I returned it already.

Tree too small. Could be a little larger. Cars could be larger and more visible. Could have Christmas music to play. Way too expensive.
