Arrived broke. The dog made weird grinding noises when it went back in. No cuckoo but betty did speak. I sent it back for a replacement hopefully I can give a better review on the next one.

Sent back to me the same way i sent it to you no light no sound and back will not hang as there is missing one of them small clamps to hold it in. yes I am very UNHAPPY with this purchase as it has happened at least 3 times now where i have had to send back something and no box every clock i bought had a box but not this and NO i will not send it back the clock works and will no longer buy from you as i will ubsubscribe from your site.

It looks great and keeps time but she does not say anything on the hour like advertised. I don’t feel it’s worth the hassle of sending it back but it was disappointing, especially for that price.

I really do like the clock but it is way smaller than expected. It was advertised at over a foot and a half and my measurement came up at only 16 inches from the very top to the bottom of the heart & chimes. Also, the pendulum doesn't work properly. Normally new products come in the original boxes and mine came in just Styrofoam. I am a collector, and really need the box for keeping the value over the years.
