I have never received my ring. I've called customer service and I keep getting later ship dates. I ordered it March 25. Not happy at all

I was not able you get the ring after several phone calls to you and following your instructions for payments to much of a hassle so cancelled the order. Nobody knows what is going on there forsure!! One person tells you to make a payment you do and they tell you it will be processed and sent, you call back in to check status and another person tell you it didn't process and you need to pay more money than the first one. Just a big joke!! Not worth the hassle!!

Disappointed! Stones much lighter than in picture, too pale to see against silver ring. Per picture of ring on Bradford Exchange website I expected more saturated stone colors. Also prongs on some stones stuck up and pulled on my clothing. And the care instructions for this ring, not stated on website, said not to wear when swimming, bathing or exercising. I saved and saved for this ring and when I was finally able to buy it it wasn't what I had seen advertised. I am returning it to buy another ring.

I purchased this ring to show off my children. The birthstones are very light in color and the bling of the ring out shines them. I will be returning the ring. However it is a beautiful ring.

Exactly as I hoped
It fits well and is very beautiful. However, I'm very disappointed in the lack of color in the Peridot stone. You can hardly tell it has any green in it. It showed much more color when I was placing the stones and it showed a preview. Had I known it was going to be so washed out, I would have placed the stones a little differently or not purchased it.
I love it. It is such a beautiful ring
Just love my ring! I have gotten lots of compliments.

Beautiful family ring ! I will treasure it for a lifetime. Only wish stones where a little bigger or darker. Hard to distinguish different colors.
Nice quality, substantial amount of sterling silver, birth stones are a nice size and highly polished
