We got this for our daughter for her 50th. Birthday and she loved. It fit perfect, she said the birthstones all sparkled and loved that the names were on it and she said the gold seemed of good quality and it looked beautiful on her. She had a big birthday party with their couple friends and they said they never seen anything like that and said it was beautiful. We’ve bought several items from you and always have been satisfied. She also loved the little heart that said “Family love is forever”.

The bracelet took a while to get but it actually looks nice so far. It will take time to see if it fades or anything. MY PROBLEM is with the blatant lie of shipping. They made me pay $16 for shipping, but then they shipped it the cheapest slowest possible way via marketing mail which has no insurance and took literal weeks to come. The flat rate padded priority envelopes that are made for jewelry cost $12. So basically they make you pay a premium for shipping and then pocket that money.

I couldn’t tell you. I never received this product. I called to check on the shipment and I was told by a RUDE and unprofessional customer service agent that it was cancelled 7 days earlier due to an issue on their end. If I hadn’t called I would’ve never known. Oh and when I called I waited on hold for 30mins and then finally decided to be put on a call back list. I wasn’t called back for 3hrs. Never received a refund.
