I am completely disappointed with my purchase. I wore the ring less than 24 hours and my name broke right off! Very very upset and I satisfied

Never received the order and I emailed telling them that and they said I was never charged but I sent screenshots of the bank statement and now no refund or merchandise and I get a thank you for my purchase so which one is it? I did or didn’t purchase the product offered?

I put this on the first day I got it, it snagged on something and my husband’s name snapped off. It’s thin and it should of been reinforced. I know it is personalized, but I will call to see what can be done about it. I would not recommend it. ☹️ It’s beautiful but thinly made, well the names at least.

One of the names are broke off
Could be better made .The names bend easily on it if it catches on your clothes or anything

I wouldn’t know. I have not received this product yet. You should really make sure the product has been mailed and received before sending these things out!!!!
