How the hell can you ask me for a review and rating when you canceled my order and sent me a postcard in the mail telling me that my "billing" address has issues, therefore you have canceled my subscriptions and purchases?? this particular necklace was supposed to be for a birthday present two days ago, which obviously did not happen, due to your incompetence. VERY disappointed in the multiple issues i've had with Bradford Exchange over the last year.

So small can not read names, one sided other side plain , as for the company product was ordered because it showed dec 23 as delivery date, received after Christmas!

I ordered this product at the beginning of December as a Christmas present. At the time, it showed it would be delivered before Christmas. The Friday before, after customer service hours, the delivery was changed to February. I decided to cancel my order and take my money elsewhere to order another one. I will NEVER spend a penny with your company again. I would rather pay 10 times as much for a company that won't screw me over at the last minute.

The piece was fine but the engraving was sloppy and illegible. I even took a picture of it and zoomed in, still can’t read it.
