I ordered this on 5/7/26, the ad said if ordered within 10 hours it was guaranteed to arrive before Mother’s Day. It is now 5/14/26 and still no package. I have reached out to this company and keep getting a run around. The post office tracking number as still awaiting pickup, not even shipped yet. Bradford Exchange said it was shipped 5/8 in the first email, second email said it was shipped 5/7, which is a day before I even ordered it. Not a good way to have happy repeat customers

The price was good but the quality was a little disappointing. The engraving quality was not attractive to the eye.

My mom really love her mother's ring she said it was beautiful and fit really good she said I made her day great
I was guaranteed delivery on Dec 23rd but didn’t receive it until the 26th. I called on Monday the 22nd and was reassured the delivery was still set for 23rd. When I called on 23rd I was told a different story proving my conversation with the associate was a lie. Then when I received the ring on the 26th it was another families ring. 6 peoples names and birthstones. I called again and all I was told was to keep the wrong ring and they would reorder a replacement. I still have no confirmation email or proof this is true and now I have to wait another month. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN AND MAKE SURE ALL I CAN TELL DOES NOT THROW THEIR MONEY AWAY HERE EITHER!!!

When my ring came to me it was not engraved with the two names I had requested! I called the customer service number and had to wait on phone about 30 minutes before I finally got a lady on the phone! I explained to her what happens and she looked up my info and said she saw the names of my children that should have been engraved on the ring ! she promised to send me another ring that would be correctly done but I'm still waiting and no ring has been received as of yet! this was supposed to have been for mothers day! so it looks like so far I have been taken and nothing has been corrected! The ring is very nice but even with reading glasses the print is too small to read.
