Absolutely beautiful. I lost my husband almost a year ago. I wanted something to wear with both our names engraved on a ring and possibly our birthstones. When I came across this ring on your site. It’s perfect for what I wanted it for. I did have to get a replacement though at first. As I ordered my usual size but your rings must run smaller. So I had to reorder a half size up.

One of the stones fell out of the ring before we got it out of the box. Fortunately the stone was found. We shipped the ring back several weeks ago asking for a replacement but have yet to be updated about the return. I’ve emailed only to be told my return hasn’t been processed yet. I feel like there is not enough communication from Bradford Exchange about the replacement/return. They could do better updating customers about the status of their returns or at least let them know when they receive the item back

The birthstones are nice, you can barely read the names and the sizes you have are NOT ACCURATE! I ordered a 7 because my rings are a 7 and it came in Too Big!

I haven't received it yet but im so excited I got it for my daughter in law her birthday is Sunday so I sure hope I get it before then
This ring was promised by Mother’s Day. Shipping label was made but yet to ship3 days later. Customer service was terrible. The lady that talked to me didn’t take notes over our conversation and could care less about any customer in my opinion. I couldn’t talk with a manager, it takes 2 to 3 business days. This place won’t last by selling false promises even tho they are stated on my receipt.

Total shit company placed an order twice and they say that their was a problem with my address from a previous tenant which had nothing to do with me because if this ibwas unable to get my wife a ring by mother's day.

I never received the product. I had a replacement from customer service, which I also never received. This was an important purchase, which has been over six weeks since I ordered it with supposed shipping twice. I would be cautious using this vendor.
