I hate to say this in a review because I love Bradford Exchange products and Im usually very happy but unfortunately I am very disappointed with my ring, it looks nothing like the pictures on the web but since its custom I guess Im stuck with it

The product was awful you cant see the names that are engraved....I cant even tell if the names are really on the ring thats how tiny the names are...I ordered my Mother a ring from here years ago and she lost it moving so I finally decided to get her another one because I lost my Brother last year which was her first born and only son and I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the ring for the price i paid! Im so disappointed in it i haven't even given it to her yet.

We ordered this for my Mom. When it came she called and said “I feel hurt by this company”. She picked it out and we waited over a month for it to arrive. . When it finally came, she messaged me “we have to send this back”. It looks nothing like the photos. The stones are so small, you can’t even tell what color they are. The writing is so small, we can’t read the names. Not even with a magnifying glass. The gold is garish and artificial looking. Customer service is usually “offline”. It took a lot to do the return. No confirmation email when I ordered it was scary, especially since it took 5 weeks to come. Looking elsewhere for her replacement. Not do business with this company. They pedal worse than Temu costume jewelry. One star is too much.

Have not received item. Purchased as a mothers day gift over a month in advance and its now 3 days past mothers day and no item. Reached out to the company and no one can tell me where exactly it is, as the shipping hasnt updated in over a week. They offered a shipping refund but that is all. Terrible communication on their end. Would never recommend or order from here in the future.

I was very disappointed in the look of the ring. When I ordered the ring, the size of the stones are nearly impossible to see. The picture that you have on your website shows the stones appear to be bigger and brighter. Even the names that were engraved were so small and nearly illegible. Due to the fact that I am very disappointed, I would like to return the ring and have a refund of my total payment. If something could be done to rectify the situation of the ring and its stones and names, I would be happy to send it back for repair. Thank you for your time. Sandra Forrest

I was first informed that my ring had been delivered when it wasn't. Had to chase down the USPS mailman who told me he didn't have it but continued to look through his truck and finally found it. Then I opened the package to find a ring that looked NOTHING like the picture on your website. It's gold coated in a cheap looking too dark gold color that doesn't look like gold at all. The stones are not the correct color so the April stone looks the same as the yellow November stone. The red stone for July looks pink.The stones are tiny so you can barely see them. They do not look like the ad picture at all. And all this for the outlandish price of $181.00. Ridiculous!!! Would not recommend you to anyone!!! Fake, cheap looking product!!! I'm so angry!!!
