The ring is nice. However the customer service from the Bradford is quite poor. I completed a form to inquire as to why my account showed no activity. I had the receipt for payment. It seemed that it was taking a long time to get the ring. I had no way to track my order because my account said no activity! I now have the ring but didn’t get the correct size. I have returned for the correct size. I truly hope I get it soon. It is a gift for my husband for our 50th anniversary.
