I have purchased this product twice and both times I have been very much satisfied. I was not satisfied, however, that the delivery date was not accurate. I paid extra shipping for it to arrive on Friday, Feb 25. It did not arrive on that date, nor Feb 26, but it did arrive to its destination on Feb 28. Therefore, I paid extra shipping costs for nothing. Other than that, the product itself was great! Thank you!

I ordered 2 of these for Christmas presents. One arrived with a missing piece (votive candle) and the other one had a broken piece. The company would not send a new candle and said I would have to return it or just get a $20 refund for the missing piece. I couldn't return it because the gift recipient had thrown out the box. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend ordering from this company.
