I couldn’t wait to receive this statue. From the picture online it looked simply beautiful. When I received it I almost cried. It looked nothing like the picture. The workmanship was terrible. The mosaic was peeling off. The porcelain roses at mother Mary were broken. Her face looked nothing like the picture. Her rosary beads which looked as if they hung down and looked like real beads were painted on. It looked as if it wasn’t a finished product. I am a customer for many years. Now I hope that I can receive my credit of $165.00 quickly. This statue did not do our mother Mary justice. It actually broke my heart to send her back but I had to. They need to check these items before they send them out. Thank you for taking the time to read this letter.

I don't even know how to leave a review. I ordered as a gift. I never rec'd an email saying it shipped. And I never rec'd an email saying it was delivered. So no clue if my Mother n Law even rec'd the gift. There was no way to have it gift wrapped at order entry or even leave a gift note.

The statue of The Virgin Mary looks nothing like the pictures shown here. The paint job looked rushed and sloppy. Roses were supposed to be yellow but were a dull orange. The mosaic on gown that was supposed to be a blush color was painted a yellow/tan color. Also she was painted with Mascara and Eye Liner. My first and last purchase from Bradford Exchange. Better quality control is needed. I returned the next day.
