It’s been 17 days since it was ordered (December 10) for Christmas and still has not arrived (December 27). Was told they were refunding the shipping I paid for to guarantee delivery before Christmas and that I need to wait another 5-9 business days to receive, even though it has been “In Transit” in the town I live in (Orlando) since Christmas Eve (See photo). It was one of the major gifts for my wife for Christmas for our trip to Buffalo for the final Bills’ game. We are leaving for the trip on New Year’s Eve, so she will likely will have to go without it because it was shipped USPS instead of a reliable shipping service. We will be returning when, and if, we ever receive the bracelet and will not be purchasing from Bradford Exchange again.
