Not satisfied! I ordered a Bills wall clock back in November was sent another team!!!! I called a guy acted like he was lost or to busy no answers. I emailed, nothing but a generic response on returns.

The clock does everything that it says it will do, however it has one fatal flaw... Even though this clock set to telling time by radio waves, and is very nice looking and very well-built, it does have a flaw that I don't think anybody thought of when making this clock... The clock can glow or be lit when it is dark in the room, it has a light sensor that turns on the backlight when the room becomes dark... however, the hour and minute hands do not light up, so in the dark all you can see are the numbers that go around the face of the clock, you cannot see the hour and minute hand, therefore you have no idea what time it is when the lights are out... What's the sense of having a glowing clock if you can't tell what time it is in the dark?
