I cancelled my order because your online system said it was in stock and would be shipped on 3/25, and then on that date I look online and magically it became 4/26. I don't appreciate the bait switch tactic so I cancelled the order - don't expect any further orders from me. Thank you.

When closed the metal cover sticks badly making the thumb lever inoperable. it takes two hands to open the stein for drinking. No place to complain, unless it's on this review. If this is it, i'd like to have it replaced. I have bought many German steins and never had this issue. Quality appears to be optional.
