I love this clock. It's just right for me and my little cabin. I especially enjoy how the windows light up every hour when it chimes like wildlife. It's really a pleasing sound.
I returned this the next day. I received it and it was broke. I just want another one

Website - order within 2 days and so many hours and you will receive before Christmas. Never received the clock and it was a gift for my wife. When I called the customer service line I was unable to speak to a team member trying every prompt offer. I finally got a tech to answer after 27 minute wait. I asked to refund my account and this nothing. Very poor.

not what I expected, I saw no mention in the catalog that this was battery operated, certainly not worth what I paid for it. Very dasappointed

The Antler off the moose was broken so I had to glue it but that was probably due to shipping

We were hoping that this was not a battery-operated clock. We were hoping for a wind-up style clock. More in the style of a real cuckoo clock.

A cute clock idea
The clock is great, it is just the right item for the wall it is to go on. However, part of the moose's rack is missing. So, I emailed your office explaining this fact and asked if it could be replaced. It is such a small part. However, no one has even acknowledged my email. What a disappointment. I expected at least the courtesy of a reply, even if the part cannot be replaced.

A highly designed wall clock. It is very quiet until top of the hour. The window lights and birds are very cool. Although we live on an island...just did not want everything to about the beach. This clock is designed like a log cabin in the woods...chimney, antlers, rocking chair and a tree on top. Always Nice to have some woodsy mountain products...even at the coast. Regards. Great addition to my son's room. Exactly as advertised and pictured. Could not be happier.
I thought it was over priced. I am going to use it for a gift.
I bought the Cabin Retreat clock depicting the front of a log cabin. It plays music at 12:00 with the clear sounds of the forest or woods and the cabin windows light up—very relaxing! The time is accurate, and I am so pleased I bought it. It is a first class product as are all the Bradford Exchange clocks.
