I had to paint the clock hands white because with the black hands you couldn’t tell what time it was…daytime,or nighttime with the LED lights on. The paint on the outside ring started flaking off immediately after touching it the first time. I was highly disappointed, and wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on it.
