I cannot rate this product because I HAVE NOT YET RECIEVED THIS PRODUCT! I purchased this ring as a very special Christmas gift. I was promised delivery by Christmas... No delivery!!! And today, when I checked status, I received the following message: "Will arrive by Friday, Feb 06" How do you think I rate my experience??? Totally disappointed with Bradford Exchange!!!

I never received my ring size 8, the 8.5 was returned with the return address label sent from your company CSR Mary and received on 12-9. I am still waiting on my order size 8 or my money back, this has been a very unprofessional experience and I will never order anything from you again. Terry Kennedy 737-793-7029
