I can't rate an item that I still have not received!!!! I ordered this item on 6/14. Apparently, there were some issues with the mail to address, which were corrected on 6/21. I received an email stating that the package would be received by my granddaughter on 7/10. The packages still has not been received. I called to get a status check on 7/14 and was told that "the product was in productions and was taking long because it was personalized. When I pressed the representative for a time of delivery he said 7/20. I have ordered many items and collections over the years from The Bradford Exchange and have never had a problem. This is really disheartening.
