We love the glasses. Ordered four of them and then gave two of them to another couple who are among our best friends. They were delighted. So a home run all around.

You sent me the wrong product. I ordered a Bear's Decanter set for a business acquaintance as as a thank you for his years of service. You instead sent a doll. And to make it worse, your mistake, you tell me it will take up to 6-weeks for you to correct your mistake after the doll is returned (which according to UPS you have back). I asked for a manger when talking to your returns department, I got the usual I am a supervisor (I don't believe that), but was promised a call back within two days (I am still waiting). After this is done, I wont be shopping with Bradford Exchange again.

The top of glass decanter was scratched and the gift box was ripped dented and torn. Was to be a gift. But couldn’t give in the condition it came in. Was going to personally return it to wharehouse myself but was told I needed return ship it if I wanted to return it. Container was destroyed by UPS and I wasn’t going to spend more than I already had on a very disappointing purchase. Not happy with Bradford exchange customer service and will never order from them again nor will my family or friends

On the Decanter the word Bears is not centered and crooked I was told a new decanter was on the way to me, but I haven't received a confirmation Jack R. 913-645-5937

This is the second one I have order I love it.

Very disappointed. I didn't expect crystal but I expected good quality heavy glass. That decanter itself is very cheap glass not very heavy at all and you can see the seam where the two pieces were fused together and the Bears logo appears to be an inexpensive decal. Unfortunately the photos on the website make it appear a much higher quality than it is. Lesson learned.
