I am disappointed at how small the train actually is. I have only received the 1st one. If it was for me I probably would have returned it, but my grandson loves the Chicago Bears and loves trains and he is excited about it so I'm keeping it for that reason.

It's being sent back to you because of a mix up on the address. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift so it's very disappointing. I'm hoping I get a refund since I never received it

I am disappointed with Bradford exchange, I paid for an item, which only one item came, it is going on 20 days and I still haven't received my full order, there is nothing mentioned in the comments that you have to wait this long for an item that was already purchased on full. I will not be doing business with you all again, this item I purchased was for a contest and I also will tell all my people on social media, you all operate and it is not good☹
