Nice start to an awesome Christmas gift, i love it !
I only got the engine with a box of tracks .only 1 car!!! No other passenger or cars or other trophy car no remote!! Tried to call to speak with someone and could never get through keeps you on hold for hours!!! There chat doesn’t even work. Stay away from this company!!!!

Ok no problems but on my last purchase (Chicago bears) the tender will not stay attached to the engine. Must be something wrong with the coupler
