My wife of 58 years 9 months passed on the 9th of December this year and this lantern reminds me she is in heaven as near her last day she was asked where she was going and she said "Heaven". So, when the light comes on, I read the inscription full of love and all the wonderful days we enjoyed together.

Paid extra for shipping for this gift to arrive on time. It arrived 5 days late. Called customer service who could not help in any way and informed me that they could not refund the extra money spent for expedited shipping. Will never purchase anything from Bradford Exchange again.

The sentiment is fantastic. I wish more thought had gone into this lantern. The BOW was NOT STILL ATTACHED to the lantern. When the public buys something like this, it's generally because someone has passed that means so much to a family member.

I have still yet to receive it. Very disappointed. It was supposed to be here at the latest on the 12th. Then it said the 15th and now it doesn’t even give a date. I think the company should refund my money.

I was extremely disappointed in the quality of this item. I ordered it and had it shipped to my elderly mom in honor of my dad who just passed away. The top is not on straight, leaving a gap on one side and the inside is/Users/thestewarts/Library/Messages/Attachments/ad/13/85C45158-619B-455D-A382-58516F0AC889/IMG_1172.heic full of little styrofoam debris and other particles that cannot be cleaned out since the top is glued on.

I was sent the wrong product. Instead of the lantern I got a Mickey Mouse snow globe. Thankfully you are supposedly sending the correct item & emailed me a return label. But it was supposed to be an Xmas gift so it's a bit disappointing

The lantern is pretty, but it could use a little more detail, a little more to look at. Very disappointed with the box as the lantern was a gift and it is being presented in a cardboard box, not the box it was shipped in. It should be in a gift box inside a shipping box.
