Love the statue of Mary Joseph and the baby Jesus and the storage containers are very well-made. It look very nice

i HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CHRISTMAS TREE AS OF YET ALTHOUGH I HAVE RECEIVED THE CARDBOARD CONTAINERS THAT GOES WITH IT. I CANNOT USE THIS WITHOUT THE TREE AND ACCESSORIES. WILL I RECEIVE THE TREE???

Directions are terrible. Paying as much as we did, would think it would be a more durable product than cardboard that would still require storage in a plastic container.

$90.00 for a few pieces of cardboard and a storage bag is ridiculous it was pictured with the tree then fine print says tree not included costs more for storage boxes then the tree insane

I'm very disappointed; I thought I was getting the whole tree, but in fact, it was just a part of it.

Absolutely ridiculous price for some cardboard and a piece of felt. I contacted customer service to refund this item and was told to keep it and they would refund my money but it’s been 11 days and I’m still waiting.

Could be a bit less expensive.
Not whaT I thought I was getti.g. want to return for a refund. Thus company is not very customer friendly. Very slow at responding to e.ails.

This cost was as much as the tree, which I have not gotten yet.
I thought it was a little pricey, and I would include directions to assemble the boxes.

I would really like to have my Christmas tree. Than I would know if I liked the other stuff
