It’s awfully hard to write a product. I have not received so let me write Bradford exchange. I give them a -10. Here’s why. I’ve literally had to order these lamps four times. Bradford exchange continue to cancel them with no reason so I called finally got an actual person on the line who said everyone was confused because you ordered two so they canceled them because they thought it was a mistake didn’t call me to ask me just canceled without a notification the fourth time when I was on the phone with the representative he re-ordered them for me again and asked me about express shipping because the third time I ordered it I asked for express shipping which would be two days. So I said yes, express shipping. I went on Bradford‘s website and logged in checking on this fourth order because they should’ve been here by now and now it says they’ll be delivered April 28. Today is March 22. I’m done I’m canceling and I will never ever ever ever ever ever order from Bradford exchange again.

So far I like it. I just found a light bulb for it today. It was a little loose and had to screw it in a bit, but the screw was stripped so I guess I will have to replace it. But, all in all pretty good quality.

Lamp was delivered with damaged shade. I returned the item but have not yet received a replacement. Bradford Exchange has demonstrated serious flaws in their conduct of business since I am bombarded daily with new offers despite now yet getting my first purchase undamaged.

I sent a not to customer service with 10 pictures. First, I changed the shipping address to have it sent to my sister for Christmas. It was cancelled because someone thought it was suspicious that the address didn't match the billing address. Then I got it reordered, and it was shipped to NH an hour away from her, only to be shipped to Indiana and back to NH. It was very late for Christmas. Then she sent me pictures! It did NOT say Fragile anywhere on the box, nor was there an arrow marking which way up. It fell apart on the inside and was broken,,, the on/off switch is nowhere to be found.

It arrived damaged, falling apart, nor was the workmanship acceptable--the "candle" inside the lantern base was actually off-kilter. Item has been returned with the mailing label you provided and we are awaiting a full refund.

I returned as the lantern is grey and ladders on side are chrome. I did like the rest of it but I am used to this company’s top quality and this was a disappointment.

I am very disappointed in the lamp because it was missing a screw in the top of the right handle. I have shipped the lamp back and have decided to cancel this order. It does not stand up to the quality that I expect of the Bradford Exchange.

Great lamp, I just wish there was a dimmer switch rather than simply an on/off switch.

This lamp is awesome!! This is the 1st time I have seen a lamp like this!! I love this lamp, especially the shells! I like you can just push the switch on & off!! You don't have to plug the lamp in at all if you don't want too!!

This beautiful lamp is above and beyond anything I expected! I was going to put it in my guest room, but it was too big for the end tables we have in there, so we decided to put it in our living room. Everything about it is perfect! Excellent quality! Heavy duty. And we love it when it is lit up. The picture of the sand, water and birds is amazing! The lamp with the seashells is a sight to be seen! I am excited to have it on display for our guests, and will make sure they know where we bought it. Thank you!!!

I wouldn’t know I did not receive the product I tried to email the company when I saw that it was shipped to my old address and I had changed it before placing the order even tried to get fedex to change it our hold it at the fedex store but due to the way shipping was paid was unable to do it so it got delivered to where I no longer live and it’s bad neighborhood so I’m not trying to knock on someone else’s door and get hurt.
