I was told it would be here by December 22nd When I checked before Christmas, the date had been changed to February 6th! No notice, no nothing! When I called, they knew they were on BACKORDER! This was supposed to be one of my unique and nicest things for my daughter and I am so disappointed in this. Maybe they will be nice when I finally get them, but this is the second time I have been disappointed ordering from Bradford and it all has to do with promising delivery near Christmas and not following through! Once burned, twice learned! I won't do this again!

These were $100 earrings. Overpriced to begin with. Maybe $50 is more realistic price. Mine came with a painting defect; the nose was missing. I’m waiting for a return label in the snail mail. Not sure why it could not have been sent by email? And no phone number for customer service on your invoice. Pretty poor customer service. So sorry. The earrings were cute in the picture, and I’m getting them as a gift for my daughter in law. Good thing I shopped early for Christmas. Will need to be returned and reordered. Richard Thomas, from the Board of Governors, wrote on my invoice that the earrings were crafted with the utmost care. Nope! Nobody checked these!
