Clock doesn’t light up correctly, only at complete night.. who’s looking at a clock in middle of night? No one..and you don’t care!

This is an amazing piece of work. Very nice. My husband loved it!
The hands do not light up. I can’t tell what time it is when it’s dark in the house only the numbers light up. I am very disappointed in this $179 clock. I would like this fixed the hands do not light up and you can’t see the time

Clock looks great and is in living room.only issue I have is that you can't see the hands on the clock. Could have them light up also or lighter color to see them based on the background of the face of the clock
Clock works great except it has black hands that are near impossible to see on a blue background! At night though the numbers light up, you still can't read the clock hands at all because they don't light up! Tried to get a refund or return label from website, but it's been 2 days with no response!!!

Very easy to assemble. I'm super please with the clock. I have gotten many positive comments.
It is very difficult to see the hands of the clock both when the clock is illuminated and when it is not. The hands need to be lit since the background of the clock is so dark. When it is hanging on my wall, I can't see tell the time at all.

Quality is good, but a tad hard to read the time. An improvement would be to also have the hour/minute hands, illuminated or fluorescent, Just a thought!!
It is beautiful, I purchased it for my daughter for Christmas as she is a die hard fan of the Cowboys I know she will absolutely love it.
Plastic not worth $150.00. Open and looked and refused the order
