The parts sent to put the lamp together were wrong ones. When I called regarding getting the right parts sent, I was told that I could buy another one if I wanted it right away or I could send it back and get a new one on 10-15 days. I have sent it back and still not lamp or refund! Very poor customer service!

The lamp looks amazing, the assembly was a bit of a challenge but once together it gives off good light and looks great

The fact that this came in a box the size of the base and in pieces with instructions that barely makes sense is ridiculous. The price I paid… this is a strong 2 on a 10 scale Very disappointing

I like the Detroit Lions lamp, however when assembling the clips for holding the electrical cord in place snapped and broke. Would expect them to be more durable to more easily assemble. I ordered two Detroit Lion lamps and only received partial shipment of one lamp initially and awaited arrival of the second lamp; which was received about one week later. To my surprise the second delivery was not my Detroit Lions lamp but rather a partial indoor/outdoor Thomas Kinkade nativity set (2 sheep and a baby Jesus). I have completed the Merchandise Return Form and sent the incorrect package in the hopes that I receive my other Detroit Lions lamp soon. Thank you. Diane Hunt
