Your ad is very deceptive. It states that the “track and controller” are free but you don’t send them with the locomotive. Not happy and the BBB will be notified. The answers I have received from you have been unsatisfactory up to this point

This is false advertising. The picture on the ad showed a full train and the ad talked about length of track. All that was included was an engine, which was very misleading. Will be returning this item and canceling all affiliation with Bradford Exchange.

The cost for a train engine is high for what it is. Thought it came with the other cars and track but was just an overpriced engine.

I think it’s too expensive for the fact you don’t get it all at once. I feel like you sending it in three different shipments allows you to charge us more for shipping when all of it could be sent in one box and you pay one price. definitely not worth almost $300
