Product was ok but what I really think about the service is a rip off. I paid over $34 in shipping and handling for 2 day service to get it before Christmas and received it after Christmas. No refund, no I'm sorry. Horrible service.

This is a very quality made product! Absolutely beautiful. My grandkids love to tap the football and hear the chimes. Very happy

Honestly when I got the package i thought there wasn't anything in it. The chime is fairly lightweight. It is well made and has a very nice quality sound. The pitch is a higher note so if you prefer a deeper chime this is not for you. We love ours though. Will buy one as a gift.
