As of right now ive not had a good experience at all. I ordered the his and her set and proposed after I received it. She loved it at first but 4 days later a diamond fell out of her engagement ring. They agreed to replace the whole set but it has been showing shipped for 14 days and Noone knows where it is because usps says they are still waiting on the package and the bradford exchange says they shipped it. While waiting another diamond has fallen out of her engagement ring. If this persists I will be shopping somewhere else.
