We received this product promptly, but were SO disappointed in the quality! Paint looked as if it had been applied by a 3 year old. It was not a mechanical music box. The "music" was a horrible quality, battery powered, MP3 type sound, with NO VOLUME control, and tinny sounding speakers. The entire Snow Globe was made of plastic resin, not ceramic or other statuary material. For well over $100 - plus shipping.... We feel cheated and are returning this. I am waiting for the OTHER music box to arrive so I can keep track of the return(s) and the credit to our account. I am equally dubious of getting proper credit!! We paid over $120 for this item (with a Disney brand, no less!) and upon receipt immediately requested return authorization.... as I said, still waiting for the other music box ordered on the same day as this one! Just awful!

I will be returning it. Music is tinny, switch for light/music does not work properly, castle within globe is tilted. What a waste of $100.00 and a very disappointed 5 year old.
