The globe is fine except the personalization is just a sticker. Really? A sticker? And it was peeling off when I got it. If I had known that was what it was, I would’ve bought something else.

It was great shipping was fast
the name plate is a sticker.... paid $100 for a snowglobe with a sticker. completely unhappy 0/10 would NOT recommend

Item arrived as described and my girlfriend loved it! Highly recommended!
I was surprised the names where just a decal put on the snow globe. Bradford Exchange products are not the quality they used to be for as much money you charge for your products. I probably will not be buying anything else for Bradford Exchange again.

Product is fine but the name that’s put on. It is just a sticker put on it it’s not engraved which kinda puts the quality of the product down.

The product wasn't even shipped in a box for starters. It was in dirty, torn and chipped Styrofoam. The personalization was stickers, wasn't expecting stickers. Whoever put the stickers on didn't even put them on straight. Peeling up on edges.

It was not same as the picture on line, and you have shake to cause glitter to show in globe, windy the only plays music.There no hearts on or in globe as show in your ad. This to me is false advertising.

Nicely made love it but the personalized part was poor. The personalized part was a sticker that didn't fit inside the heart shape on the base of the globe.

I think this is a low quality product. The personalization is a sticker! I will never buy anything from the Bradford Exchange again.

It's is damaged and still have not seen a refund. Called customer service and no one ever answers.

Was disappointed thought the names would be engraved. Instead letters were just stuck on.
