The product is nice. Shipping is the problem. Why do you use USPS? The package was at a distribution center 5 miles from my house on a Saturday, and was due for delivery on Monday. Instead, on Monday it was in Indianapolis (827 miles away) and didn’t get back to my area until Friday.
The bag came with a rip on the handle, other than that the bag was enjoyed by my Wife for a short period.
