Its heavier than I expected. Very high quality. Lights shines beautifully and music sounds crisp. Absolutely in love with it. I plan on continuing collecting all christmas products from Bradford Exchange.

Beautiful!! Only two things - we thought the Dumbo rotated - if so this dumbo does not rotate. There’s a plug for a power adapter in the back of the tree but we did not receive one . Were we supposed to receive a power adapter?

This item requires 3 AAA batteries or you can purchase an AC adapter separately. I used new batteries and the music was very static for a few seconds and stopped working. The lights did the same thing. Not all lights worked. Also a few characters had broken or missing pieces. I purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She loved it so much she was willing to keep it even in it's current condition but I am returning. I would like it to operate like it's supposed to.

I like the product, but it arrived with a broken piece. I'm seriously disappointed that an adapter was not included. At the bare minimum you could give an option to purchase an adapter at checkout. I just think not including an adapter makes your company look cheap! It's not a good look, Bradford Exchange.
