I wanted to love this bracelet. It was to be a Christmas gift for my mom. The quality of the bracelet is wonderful however it is incredibly tiny. I can barely make out the figures. It was a rather expensive piece, so I would like a refund please. Thank you

The characters were too small and detailing was hard to see. I returned the bracelet but have heard nothing back. I don’t know if they received the return or not. Very unhappy with this company and will not buy from then again.

Charms spin and fall down towards the extremely long dangling ends of bracelet. Way too long and my wrist is wide.
