I have get to receive my order almost a month after placing it Yes I live in Hawaii but I have no problem getting merchandise in a timely fashion from most merchants. You really need to update your logistics procedures. They are very much outdated Very disappointed.

I ordered this clock and paid for express shipping. It arrived next day and was excited to get it up on my wall. To my sadness the clock did not work, it looked like it was already used and the box it arrived in had several holes and looked like it was in storage for a long time. I used to enjoy Bradford exchange products because of the attention to detail but lately it seems the quality is lacking for the price you pay.
