It's Beautiful...
Clock is large and heavy. Required two adults to safely hang it. Product was received with missing parts,i.e., metal insert around one hole that mounting screw fits in was missing; hooks on the bottom of base were closed, requiring pliers to open the hooks to accommodate the anchors.
It’s beautiful, well made but after a short while it stopped vocalizing. The lights come on, the train moves & that”s it!!!! Nothing seems to be made to last.
I tried to purchase 2 times and never received anything!

Nice clock. Attachments are cheaply made and easily breakable. Asked customer service for help trying to source another one and got “since it was damaged after transit it’s your fault”. I was asking for where to buy a replacement since I couldn’t find a place to buy the replacement part. Do with that what you will.

The product was broken upon arrival but I’m sure it was due to the delivery service the box was all beaten up and smashed

When I receive the product was packaged, well placed the batteries in it and it did not work. Had a very difficult time getting Bradford to reconnect with me through email. Disappointed they have no phone number you can call for a solution. However, they did finally get back and send me a return label, but also stated that the turnaround time was 6 to 8 weeks. Very disappointing.

I’m definitely a Disney Fanatic this clock is absolutely beautiful, the craftsmanship is amazing
The dwarf mine cart was broken off the metal attachment when it arrived. Also, the lights and musical cuckoo clock was non-functioning upon arrival. I sent it back for a replacement. They instead refunded me within 2 weeks.

Was disappointed that it's not a real cococlock with weights that made movements work. Otherwise it's an okay clock.

Love this clock althought a bit heavy fits very well on my wall andd if wish you can turn the sound down or off which is a plus for me Thank You Very Much no dissapoint here
