I never received it and ups said you never gave it to them and now I have no gift for my relative. Your rep on email said your company would send me at no cost to me yesterday she said on email but never gave follow up email with tracking number and noone is actually helping me .So I sent proof I check daily since Dec 19 2024 on ups and every day I screen shot the ups website it says "ups is not in possession of the package a date of delivery will be update once received " so I can't rate something i didn't receive! But u took your money ! And noo e is helping me and supposedly u would send it out at no cost to me but did that actually happen?

I really couldn't rate the value of money since you Bradford shipping department decided to send me the wrong item then on top of that chose your " customer service" not to send it to me until January 31st for which I purchased it on the 17th of December and I then decided to cancel my order, because it ruined my holiday and because it was a gift for my wife that she would have never received. I still have not received my refund on my credit card. So long story short I'm highly disappointed and pretty much, I truly thought I purchased the perfect gift for Christmas and I was wrong. I would have loved to give my wife the Nightmare Before Christmas Glitter Globe and add another to her collection but not this year. The customer service completely was not helpful from start to finish and I can't tell you how disappointed and unhappy I feel two days before Christmas morning and with less money on top. Great week! This is a factory made item (made in China) that appears to be low quality. I didn't help that the globe wouldn't spin or play music unless you push it with your hand. Trying to get it returned is also not going very well... the Bradford exchange sent me a link to a return label that doesn't work and I can't seem to get a real person to person response. If you are going to sell a $40 snow globe for 3 times the price it should be, it should work and you should have better customer service.
