Wasn’t clear enough in the description that I’d be receiving a 1/4 of the train I ordered. Waiting to hear back from support to see if they’ve got me in an auto billing or subscription for the rest, which I won’t keep active due to the poor description

From the picture I seemed like I was getting all 4 pieces not just the one

I am frustrated with this purchase. I thought I was getting the full train with all 5 cars. I got the engine. All emails and order confirmations indicate I ordered the full train. Now I don’t have the train in time for Christmas. I won’t be purchasing from here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. Your company is so deceptive. Online, I was under the impression that I was ordering one snow globe. Now your company sends me one every month and charges me for something I never agreed to buy. You are con artists.

I bought for my mom she loves it. The details are beautiful & the packaging was awesome. Highly recommended to all disney Fans
I ordered the collection and was only sent the first part of the train which has a different name if I were to order it separately. I was expecting all hour pieces as photographed and described by “collection”.

When I ordered it, The ad made it look like I was getting the whole train. I only received the engine with Mickie Mouse. Disappointed

It's a really nice train
I cannot rate this product because we never received it. It was supposed to be here before Christmas Eve and now I can't speak to a person about where it is. The only thing I get is a recorded message that says my order should be received by Feb 7, 2023 I ordered 3 products and the same recorded message has been issued for all 3 products. Very disappointing!
