It’s a beautiful product, don’t know if it’s worth the money. Also, the star is not the same color as the star on the picture, the light is a dull orange color, instead of a bright yellow.

My wife did really like it and even though we received it with minor damage to tinkerbell's arm my wipe opted to keep it instead of trying to exchange it due to how close to Christmas it is. Needs to be packaged better to ensure that item is delivered without damage. But may just be due to delivery services since it's the third damaged item we have received this month

As soon as I as I picked up the box off the front step you could hear loose pieces in the box. I understand things happen during shipping and I was confident the Bradford exchange would make good of it. Well, then I open the box. The paint was peeling off the pieces and I was disappointed for $120. I had to zip tie it to my tree.. This was my first time purchasing from this company and if this is the quality of products they sell it will be my last.

Product difficult to stabilize on the Christmas tree. It required multiple attempts including rework. Zip ties break and strip easily. Once in place, it seems to operate well.

After receiving this product, it was noticed that Donald’s nose was broken. It’s not very noticeable, and probably not worth the effort to make a return.However it was quite surprising considering the reputation of this company.

Very pretty and love that it spins around. Typically it turns off at some point during the day though without any cause and it causes the tree ornaments to shake.
