This is very cute, exactly as described, but I bought it as a gift and need to return it because the person bought it for themself. I cannot get Bradford Exchange to send me a return label even after multiple requests and there was no paperwork in my box. So the product is very nice, customer service is horrific.

I cannot rate as I was promised to receive by Dec 24 and am now told it wont ship until June 30??????? Your customer service agents were horrible, they don’t speak English. You have to wait almost an hour to talk to someone who provided no help. Very dissatisfied overall
